At St. Jude, I formalized a powerful system for product design in the medical industry by combining Interaction Design principles & best practices with classic Human Factors methods. My processes included ethnographic customer research, mockup and prototype development, and detailed requirements definition. I led interaction design consulting engagements, performing ethnographic research, persona modeling, interaction framework conceptualization, design refinement, and implementation support. I also helped create Cooper methodology and best practices, supervised design teams, and wrote and delivered training courses.
